2. Where are you based?

We are based in Christchurch, New Zealand but ship both domestically and internationally.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship both within New Zealand and internationally. All shipments include tracking for your peace of mind.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

For New Zealand orders, please allow approximately five working days for delivery. International orders may take longer depending on your location, but we aim to dispatch your order within seven working days of purchase.

5. How will my order be packaged?

Each sculpture is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. We take extra care to protect fragile pieces during shipping.

6. Do you offer returns or refunds?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa and Mastercard payments securely via Stripe.

8. Are your sculptures handmade?

Yes, our sculptures are handcrafted by skilled artisans, ensuring that every piece is one-of-a-kind and made with care.

9. Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.

10. Do you offer gift options?

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping, but we would be happy to include a personalised message with your order upon request. Simply add a note at checkout.
